I WAS SENT:

The collar is cute and simple. But can be broken easily. Everything seems to be in order. Didn't come with paper instructions. But rather e-mailed ones. Which I have already deleted because I was not told that they would be e-mailed. Batteries don't seem to work as the red light don't turn on when placed inside. Collar had to be put together. Clips and all as it was un assembled.
All and all 3 stars from me as I like the concept. But will be buying else wear.
