Jam packed with several vitamins that are good for you. Was made to help boost energy, immune aide, bone support and overall wellness of the women's body. Honestly I have been taking them for a few days now. And they are not easy to swallow as they are a bit thick. I do not have any energy and have noticed I am much more tired then usual. Also been getting a stuff nose and back has been killing me. So if you ask me, that rules out all that they where made to help with. A bit disappointed.
All and all 3 stars from me as they did try.
