Truly amazing a little goes a long way. The smell reminds me of a vicks rub (but not oily, rather gel like instead). It does have a cooling and tingly sensation. But to me that just means it working. I like to rub it on my lower back after workouts to help Muscle Relaxation. I haven't really noticed any slimming. But I myself have only been using it for a few days. I could see this this helping to slim maybe if used with a wrap or some sort. 

All and all 5 stars from me as it is 87% organic as well :) :) :)
