I did not try the pills as I am already taking pills at this time.
The three drink mixes taste pretty good. And are easy to use as you just mix them with water and shake/stir . They also hydrate your skin which is a plus
The chews are awesome and taste very much like the flavors they claim to be and are somewhat like gushers
