I was sent:
1 jump rope with extra rope
3 resistance bands
2 sweatbands
1 shadibody carry case
1 wire cutter& extras
The jump rope handles are aluminum but still light weight, The ropes them selfs are very durable and long (but can be cut to you desired length.
The 3 bands are durable as well. The colors are bright.
The sweat bands fit well and are 100% cotton.
The carry case is very useful and keeps everything in order.
All & all 5 stars from me as all items are awesome and work very well to achieve your goal weight or to stay fit :) :) :)
