There is not to much to say about this. But the colors work well together. I love that the spiked balls are rubber/ polypropylene and soft and or hard when needed to be. Each spiked ball moves on its own (nit together much like a rolling pin). Can be used by yourself or by another as its Dimensions: length 16.1 in, handle 4.7 in, ball 2.1 in. Works wonders on back and sore legs. The handles are a rubber grip so it don't get tired to easily or to fast. Is wonderful for your self or even as a gift as well. Even for those that use meddage as a job.
