As with all Insta natural products they are in fact natural with ingredients like Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, etc... Works best on problem areas (under eyes, nose, etc..). A little goes a long way. One pump was enough to do my entire face. It does not leave your face feeling dry or flaky. But rather hydrated and clean well into the morning. Works even better when used with the entire insta natural product line.
All and all 5 stars from me as you get more then what you pay for with Insta natural
