The metabolic boost tea smells and taste good (no particular scent). As promised it does keep you alert and focused throughout the day with it's blend of sechung oolong and pinhead gunpowder teas. It also has Angelica root powder to help your blood flow so thats awesome. It is to be drank twice a day. Which I am not one for hot drinks but it's not bad.
The detox tea also taste good and has a peppermint smell but it is not to strong and the tea don't taste all peppermint patty lol. And has other natural ingredients in it which I love. Such as cinnamon powder, lemongrass leaf, grapefruit peel, etc... And it to be drank right after dinner.
The tea filters are pretty unique, less mess and sturdy unlike other brands.
All and all 5 stars from me as everything is natural and healthy. And they also offer smoothie mixes, work out boosters, etc... Grate for trying to lose weight and stay fit. Helps You Fight Hunger Cravings And Flushes Unwanted Toxins Out Of Your Body. Aid Your Digestion :) :) :)
