The hand gripper is super awesome and works really well as you can set it to the kg that works best for you. The color also works well together. And its heavy duty yet light and comfy on the hand and wrist.
The exercise balls are somewhat like stress balls but more comfy in your hand. Colors hunter green and dark purple.
All & all 5 stars from me as they are well made, well worth the money , Can be used at home*outside*even at work, and You can feel/see them truly work :) :) :)
