This brands scent and flavors are honest unlike other brands. They offer a wide verity of flavors (banana, chocolate, cookies n cream, etc..) to pick from so you can have a verity throughout the week. Easy to make with products you already have in the house (ice, milk, etc..). At only 90 calories per serving. Increases energy and decreases appetite. It is a bit pricey at $49.99 for a regular sized bag. But if you buy kits you get it cheaper and its a lot cheaper and less work then other brands that claim to do the same thing.
All and all 5 stars from me as you can add fruit and they will still be healthy and better then other brands claim to be.
