Simple to install dispenser. Easy to use non rip bags (not rip in my opinion). Dispenser have a cover so on the end where you put the bags in and on the top where they come out so they wont fall all over the place much like other brands dispensers seem to do. Also have a clip to hook to belt loop, leash, pocket, etc.. For easy grabbing. The only thing that would make this better is f it came in other colors or have scented bags. But its a very nice kit for those that live in the city or take there dogs to the park, etc..
All and all 5 stars from me as its a neat and handy little kit
