Easy to use. I wore this sitting down, running, laying down, etc.. I love it. It is way better then any other brand I have tried. I also the the to extra straps for support wherever you may beed it. Really helps keep my back in order and make my hips look nicer. Not once did it ride up like other brands. Nice fabric not cheap and not to thick. Easy velcro close. I will be using it well into the future.
All and all 5 stars from me as it is way better then other brands I have tried.
