Honestly when I picked to review them I thought they where for something else. But they are an excellent size and seem to do the trick (as described on the bottle to help with Blood Sugar Support, SUPPORTS MENTAL HEALTH, etc..) as well as list some natural items which is a big plus on my end. However they do leave a strange after taste.
All and all 4 stars from me as they are no what I thought they where
