I can't really see it helping.But it does help for when you may be sore. It really does glide over skin smoothly leaving behind only a cool, tingly sensation, With no sticky residue. However I could see after using it for a while maybe then it would help aid in slimming and firming your body. And always remember a little goes a long way.
All and all 4 stars from me as it helps when sore
