So I tried this for an pre afternoon work out. It does as described. However the taste is not the best. So if you are in it for the taste do as described and only do half the amount. It really works and got me going. Its the first I have ever tried and have to say I feel pretty good about it. I will keep updated on results as the container begins to get lower lol. Also I did think there would be more in the container but it arrived about half full. But still it works well and does the trick and best part its not pricey like other brands.
All and all 4 stars from me as the taste is a bit much
