I have been using this for a couple days now. I haven't been able to tell if they have really helped me with weight loss. But they have been able to help with toning and Appetite Control which is still pretty neat. I will update at the end of this month on any weight loss results. They have a natural taste. Not nasty like other brands (that claim to do the same). And pills are easy to swallow. And don't leave a sour taste after taking.
