I was sent:

4 replacement heads
The shave handle looks heavy but its rather light weight and rather easy on the hand. Its about 8 inches long and a little over an inch wide. No losing this Amazing razor
The replacement heads have 4 very good blades on each. And seem to have some type of wheel (the small/skinny strip at the bottom) to help glide along while shaving. And a nice soap strip at the top.
All and all 5 Stars from me. Works well and is an amazing product. I will be using this far into the future and it will be replacing my other razor (shick) Good shave forreal :) :) :)
